The role involves leading the kitchen team in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily kitchen operations in the foodhall.
• Plan and execute seasonal, student-friendly menus.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Manage food costs and kitchen budgets.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen assistants.
