This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up.
The role involves leading the kitchen team in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in the foodhall.
- Plan and execute seasonal, student-friendly menus.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Manage food costs and kitchen budgets.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen assistants.
Ideal Candidate :
Minimum 3 years' experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.Strong leadership and communication skills.Passion for nutritious, high-quality food.Experience in high-volume catering or educational settings is a plus.Perks :
