Come work in a dynamic, supportive, and creative environment with a competitive salary and performance-based incentives Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen with professionalism and creativity Design and execute seasonal menus with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and local produce Ensure impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety (HACCP) Maintain food cost control, manage inventory, and oversee supplier relationships Collaborate with the events team on bespoke menus for weddings, private dinners, and special events Mentor and train junior chefs to foster growth and maintain a high-performance team culture Innovate and adapt to culinary trends while staying true to our brand identity Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury or fine dining setting Culinary degree or equivalent professional training Strong leadership and communication skills, good commercial acumen Passion for sustainability, seasonality, and creativity in the kitchen Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills : Menu Costing Food Management Culinary Skills Food Quality
