Quantity surveyor

Company Intro / Summary A leading professional engineering services business is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

Responsibilities Assist with all surveying, estimating, and purchasing duties on assigned projects.

Track project financials and support cost control throughout all stages of delivery.

Complete weekly measures to support accurate financial reporting.

Liaise with client representatives and address queries promptly.

Support the implementation of cost-saving measures.

Analyse supplier and plant options to optimise value.

Update and maintain internal management systems.

Manage subcontractor agreements, including measures and final accounts.

Prepare quotations and support the commercial manager with reporting.

Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.

Minimum of 3 years experience, ideally within the telecoms, utilities, or related infrastructure sectors.

Previous exposure to the mobile telecoms industry an advantage.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost controls.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues, clients, and management.

Process-driven with attention to detail and a "right first time" approach.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Package €55,000 - €60,000 DOE Flexible working arrangements.
