Quantity Surveyor

A leading construction consultancy in South Dublin have immediate opportunities for Intermediate & Senior level Quantity Surveyors to join their growing teams. They are a forward-thinking construction consultancy delivering expert cost management and project management services across residential, commercial, education, infrastructure and retail sectors. Duties and responsibilities include : Deliver cost advice across all project stages Liaise with clients, design teams & contractors Prepare cost plans, valuations, BoQs & reports Support or lead client meetings and negotiations Mentor junior team members (Senior role) Work in a hybrid environment, based in South Dublin Desired skills & experience : 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or developer environment Experience in one or more key sectors Excellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar Chartered or APC (supported) Cost software proficiency e.g. CostX, Cubit Hold eligibility to work in Ireland On Offer : Competitive package incl. pension, bonus, generous holiday allowance and many more Structured career growth + APC / CPD support Flexible hybrid working options For further details contact Deborah Byrne.
