We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Quality Manager to join our team in Dublin and drive site quality to new heights.SUMMARYQuality Manager drives continuous improvement through the development and implementation of Quality processes, systems, tools and techniques; provides exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following : Safety First.

Support Site and Managers in implementing and improving procedures and processes to ensure required work standards are met and adhered to.Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.Participate in risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen quality challenges.Attend daily meetings to address quality issues promptly.Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.Promptly investigate and report complaints using root cause analysis.Actively participate in Lean project rollouts for continuous improvement.Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.Understand and drive regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (i.e. regulatory requirements surrounding ISO9000, ISO14000 etc.).
Act as the company's quality management representative (QMR).
Establish new measurement systems if / where possible.Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization.Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Health and Safety, Quality).
Progressing of the team's development needs through cross-training and continuous assessment of training needs.Ensure effective lines of communication are in place between all members of the team.Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.Comply and follow all procedures within the company security protocols.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Quality, Science or Engineering field required.
May substitute educational requirements in lieu of experience.At least 5 years quality management experience, preferably in manufacturing, ideally electronic manufacturing.Demonstrated experience of quality management from cradle to grave of a product / service.In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement & operational excellence.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Understanding of Health & Safety issues.Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, complete crucial tasks on time, keep to deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
