Site Manager - Dublin City The CSR group is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a New build in Dublins City Centre.

This market leading company is looking for a highly talented individual with experience on medium-large scale projects.

This current project is estimated at €40million.

Having been one of Irelands leading construction companies for the past 60years+ and because of their continued and steady growth, due to repeat business and recent project wins they are looking to expand their already talented team.

The person 5yrs+ Site Management experience Degree in related field beneficial but not essential Computer literate Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills Team player and motivator The role Working directly with the Project Manager to make sure project is done on time and within budget.

Responsible for the day to day running of the site.

Dealing with Quality Control and Safety on Site.

Responsible for the Management of Sub-contractors, engineering, operational staff and personnel.
