Job Title : Site Manager - Large Commercial Project Location : Dublin, Ireland (Stoneybatter) Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities : Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct staff.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Oversee scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to senior management.

Resolve technical and logistical challenges on-site to keep the project on schedule.

Maintain clear communication with the client, design team, and stakeholders.

Requirements : Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial or mixed-use projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and project management.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
