Assistant Bar Manager

Choice Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Bar Manager to join our dynamic team in one of its city centre locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support daily bar operations and assist the Bar Manager
  • Lead and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
  • Handle guest queries professionally and efficiently

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a bar supervisory or assistant management role in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
