Job description

This position will not suit students as they are required 5 days midweek after school holidays

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests on arrival
  • Provide Customer Service
  • Take Orders
  • Serve Food and Beverages
  • Carry out cleaning duties
  • Process Payments
  • Carry out set up duties
  • Restocking and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Up sell of products and services
  • Adhere to 4 star standards at all times throughout the department

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Be a strong team player
  • Be able to upsell to guests
  • Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
  • Must have excellent customer care skills
