We are growing our Data Analytics team to unlock value from information assets by embedding innovative analytics solutions in client environments.

Your key responsibilities

The nature of this role means no two projects will be the same.

You'll think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop solutions for complex problems.

You'll collaborate across multiple service lines, build relationships, and identify opportunities for clients to benefit from EY's expertise.

Occasional travel may be necessary to meet with key clients.

Lead diverse teams with varying skillsets using different Data and Analytics technologies.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to meet financial constraints.

Adapt leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs; anticipate risks and escalate issues as appropriate.

Engage with stakeholders across client organisations to understand data needs, communicate progress, and align with strategic goals.

Coach and develop junior team members and foster a positive learning culture.

Work in multi-disciplinary teams to transform client businesses using analytics.

Create innovative insights to add value to clients and society.

Drive operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives, delivering high-quality work.

Contribute to the wider Data & Analytics team's growth by building our brand, attending events, and producing thought leadership.

Establish and strengthen internal and external relationships; identify potential business opportunities with guidance from senior leaders.

Skills And Attributes For Success

A completed degree (bachelors, masters, or PhD)

7+ years of experience as a Data Analytics professional, or similar in a consulting environment with a focus on project delivery and management

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

Ability to supervise, develop others, communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and deliver quality projects on time

Strong communication of technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients

A commitment to continuous personal and professional development

Analytical mindset with the ability to apply new techniques to deliver insights

Professionalism in diverse, evolving client environments

Working knowledge of analytics tools : PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik; programming : SQL, Python, R; cloud : Azure, AWS, GCP

Experience in data analytics lifecycle : data strategy, ETL, data analysis and visualization, and applying machine learning techniques

Experience in Agile Delivery
