Lava Recruitment are currently working with one of our hotel partners in County Waterford to recruit a Restaurant Manager This is a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager, with at least 2 years experience. Your responsibilities will include, but not be exclusive to : Assume full responsibility for the front-of-house operation. Working with the marketing team to grow customer base Controlling purchases and stocks Ensuring all HACCP and EHO compliance Implementing structures and maintaining a team of staff that the restaurant will be proud of.
