Role Overview

We are recruiting a permanent full time Person in Charge (PIC), Clinical Nurse Manager. They will manage all aspects of operational and regulatory leadership.

They will ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance with HIQA regulations, and effective resource and staff management. The role requires a strong blend of care expertise, governance capability, and people leadership. The role is based within a small private Care Facility located in Dublin 16.
