Senior Receptionist - Full-Time

We are inviting experienced applicants for the role of Senior Receptionist.

Are you an experienced Receptionist who wishes to make the next step in your career?

Your new role will be to assist in the Management of the front office team and efficient running of the front of house activities ensuring the highest standard of customer service.

Our front office team have one of the most important and rewarding roles in the hotel as they will be the first and last impression for most of our guests. The front office team ensure that our guests are enjoying their stay to the highest of standards and they are made feel welcome at every opportunity. The Assistant Front Office Manager role is a varied role which takes into account all the departments within Tulfarris .You will be covering a total number of 92 guest rooms. This includes greetings, sales, switchboard operations, billing and general queries / complaints.

Knowledge & Requirements :

• 2 years previous reception / front of house experience, ideally in a 4 / 5 star hotel
• Have previous work knowledge and experience with Hotsoft
• Excellent Communication & presentation skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to multitask
• Possess a friendly and courteous personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
