Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar). Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Valid work permit and documentation Responsibilities of the Reception Manager Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel reception. Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to ensure high standards of service. Manage guest relations, handling queries and complaints in a professional manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling efficiently. Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Monitor front office performance and implement improvements where required.
