Supervisor

Role Overview : Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the day to day running of our Dundrum store.

Shift hours will be determined as the needs of the business dictate based on both Full-Time or Part-Time hours.

Role Synopsis : As a Store Supervisor your primary responsibilities are to motivate and lead the team in contributing to the overall achievement of the stores KPIs.

You will be tasked with building on team motivation and development in order to achieve store objectives.

The successful candidate will lead by example and deputise in Store Management absence as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, coupled with the ability to display strong leadership and team development skills.

The individual will have gained an excellent knowledge of retail sales operations and have a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation and personal service.
