About Your New Job
You will oversee the daily operations of the telesales team and ensure the team achieve their targets
You will be responsible for generating and reviewing daily sales performance reports, including new trades and sales commission reports
You will act as the point of contact for new account setups and providing administrative support when needed
You will be responsible for the onboarding of new members
This will be a hybrid position with 4 days a week onsite and 1 from home
You will be reporting to the Head of Sales
What Skills You Need
You will need to have proficiency in Salesforce and commercial experience dealing with contracts and pricing
You need to have an analytical mindsetand experience in reporting and data management
You must also have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
