Dublin, D24 R9 YX (Company Car or Car allowance inc.) Commercial Support Lead Step Up from Account Management Were looking for a Commercial Support Lead to join our Sales Division and make sure our FMCG clients receive outstanding, consistent service.

This role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager whos ready to take the next step into a leadership position with more responsibility.

What youll do : Work closely with the Account Director to deliver smooth, reliable service for multiple FMCG clients.

Support and guide Account Managers, helping them solve issues and keep clients happy.

Standardise processes and ensure service levels are met across all accounts.

Coach and mentor team members to build skills and confidence.

Lead client onboarding, reporting, and internal rollouts.

Assist in preparing for key client meetings and reviews.

Work with HR, Warehouse, and Tactical teams to keep everything on track.

Support with budgets, cost tracking, and reporting.

Drive improvements to make our operations more efficient and effective.

What youll bring : Solid background in client services or account management (FMCG experience is a real plus).

Experience managing clients to agreed service levels and solving operational challenges.

Strong organisational skills and ability to standardise processes.

Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams.

Comfortable with data and reporting (Excel and Power BI are a bonus).

A natural coach who enjoys helping others succeed.
