Senior Project Manager

The Role / Location

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Construction) to join our Dublin office. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of end-to-end construction projects, from feasibility through design, procurement, and construction to handover.

This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. It will suit an experienced project manager looking to step up into a senior leadership and delivery position.

The position is based in Savills Commercial (Ireland) Limited's Dublin office, with project locations varying depending on client and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of construction projects across new build, refurbishment, and fit-out sectors.
• Acting as the primary client point of contact and ensuring excellent client service.
• Developing project governance, procurement strategies, and execution plans to achieve project objectives.
• Preparing and managing project documentation including briefs, tender packages, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Overseeing design team coordination and ensuring compliance with client requirements, budgets, and programmes.
• Leading tender and contract administration processes, including negotiations and contractor management.
• Chairing project, design, and site meetings, ensuring issues are resolved proactively.
• Driving contractor performance while maintaining quality and Health & Safety compliance.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on project options and risk management.
• Contribute to business development, including client pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the growth of the team.
