Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician - South East Ireland Morgan McKinley are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join a leading medical technology company, supporting customers across the South East of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a technical background who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working directly with customers. The Role : Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical equipment in pharmacies, GP practices, and other healthcare environments Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure minimal downtime Providing training and support to end users on equipment use and best practices Carrying out preventative maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Preparing service reports and documentation Requirements : Technical qualification (Degree, Diploma, or equivalent) in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous experience in a service / maintenance role is an advantage but not essential - full training provided What's on Offer : Competitive salary with overtime and travel allowance Company vehicle, laptop, and phone Full product training and ongoing professional development Opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technology and make a real impact in healthcare delivery Skills : Field service Maintenance Lab equipment Benefits : Company Van and allowances
