Lead Technician

Lead Testing & Inspection Engineer We are seeking a skilled and experienced Testing & Inspection professional to lead a team of technicians, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across control panel testing and commissioning projects.

This role involves managing FAT and SAT activities, liaising with clients, resolving technical issues, and overseeing NIC / EIC testing procedures.

Manage testing and commissioning of control panels (in-house and on-site).

Coordinate and conduct FAT and SAT activities.

Liaise with clients to resolve technical queries.

Conduct electrical fault-finding and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with ISO, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards.

Provide technical reporting and documentation.

Requirements : 2395 or equivalent Testing & Inspection Certification.

Extensive hands-on testing and inspection experience, ideally in water, wastewater, or process engineering.

Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory or mentoring experience.

Excellent fault diagnosis, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Proficient in Excel and database systems; exposure to ACC Docs, BIM360, or similar is an advantage.

Full driving licence.
