This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in housekeeping or accommodation management to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the daily operations of the accommodation / housekeeping department. Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and service. Manage stock control, budgets, and departmental administration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Requirements : Previous experience as an Accommodation Manager or in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability. A hands-on, guest-focused approach with a commitment to high standards.
