Homeless Services Manager Galway City | Permanent | €54,804 | 37 hours / week A leading Galway-based non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Homeless Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals experiencing homelessness. This role combines operational management, team leadership, and service development to create real, lasting change in the community. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a dedicated service team, fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture. Oversee day-to-day operations in line with organisational policies and quality standards. Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing. Collaborate with statutory bodies, community partners, and other stakeholders. Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with health & safety standards. About You : Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services. Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities. Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness.
