Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the whole of the factory

You will be reporting into the COO of Europe

You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the site

You will be part of the Global Management Team

Your objective will be to increase profit levels by increasing operational efficiency

Qualifications

You must have extensive experience in managing a manufacturing plant

You must speak fluent English

You should be living in a commutable distance so you can be in the Factory 5 days a week

You must have strong change management skills
