Director Of Operations

Overview

We are seeking to hire an operations director to join the leadership team in Impact Engineering.

This will be based in North Dublin.

Highly attractive remuneration package including competitive base salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

Structure, setup and governance of Impact Engineering operations

Run operations in line with profit and loss account

Oversight of all Impact Projects and Managed Services

Deliver growth targets

Building of Impact brand, representing the company and its interests at appropriate forums

Member of Impact leadership team

Development of organisational chart to facilitate growth, work with HR function to manage resourcing pool, talent acquisition and talent retention

Leadership of operations group, championing of culture in line with Impact values and mission statement

Required Skills

15 – 20 years experience of life sciences automation with growing levels of responsibility

5 years plus of Director level experience

Technical degree in automation or related discipline

Further post graduate qualifications in project management, business or finance preferred.

MBA highly desirable

Established working relationship with client pool automation leaders highly desirable

Excellent ability for working with people and leading teams

Ability to govern all aspects of a business unit

Strong financial acumen with experience of managing significant budgets
