Accounts Assistant | Dublin 4 | 4 Day Week Hours : 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm Hybrid,1 Day at Home (after 3 months probation) Location : Dublin 2 / 4 (Near Baggots Street Bridge) 4-Day Week Were partnering with a leading professional services firm in Dublin 4 to recruit a Accounts Assistant.

Key Responsibilities : Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable : process invoices, payment runs, issue customer invoices, credit control, and reconciliations.

Provide general finance support : bank reconciliations, staff expenses, petty cash, VAT returns, and month-end tasks.

Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance reporting.

Processing of staff expenses, ensuring compliance with tax rules Petty cash management Liaise with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to resolve finance queries.

About You 2+ years experience in a finance / accounts role.

Strong knowledge of AP / AR processes and accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Sage, SAP).

Excellent Excel, organisational, and communication skills.

Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (IATI or similar).

Knowledge of Irish tax / accounting standards is an advantage.
