Job Description - Sous Chef

We are currently seeking to recruit a Sous Chef to work under the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef in the kitchen brigade at Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort.

As Sous Chef, you will assist in leading the team, contribute to the creation of innovative and creative menus with the Head Chef and Executive Chef, and support cost control and health & safety management within the kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Newly Refurbished Resort and work alongside a highly experienced senior management team.

The Candidate :

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a 4 / 5 star hotel establishment.
• Passionate about delivering seamless service in busy banqueting, casual dining, and fine dining environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members.
• Highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic with a flair for creativity.
• Full working knowledge of HACCP regulations.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
