Junior Accommodation Supervisor

Accommodation Junior Supervisor Scope and general purpose of job : To assist the Accommodation Management team in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel premises to the highest standard of a 4-star establishment. Assisting and working alongside the team to ensure smooth and efficient cleaning service of the hotel throughout ensuring departmental staff operate effectively and efficiently at all times and provide a set high standard of service Tasks include but are not limited to : Assist in onsite training alongside the Accommodation Manager / team Ensure a high standard of customer service and cleanliness is always provided to guests across the Accommodation department Reporting maintenance issues where appropriate in a timely manner and ensuring completion Standard checking Accommodation assistants work on daily designated tasks inclusive or stayover and departures Assisting with stock takes of departmental items inventories where necessary Assist in the logging of lost property items with necessary details Assisting in deep clean schedules Work closely alongside the reception / front office team to ensure the smooth handover of rooms To deal with customers complaints in a professional manner and bring to the attention of the Accommodation Manager / supervisors Job requirements : Minimum of 2 years previous experience in similar junior supervisory / floor leader position in the hospitality industry or similar role Excellent time management skill and an eye for detail are crucial Essential to be flexible Monday to Sunday, inclusive of public holidays Stocking trollies at the commencement of shift ensure supplied adequately before being brough to designated corridor Enduring all corridors and clean and clear throughout shift and before leaving designated corridors Assisting in coverage of shifts where necessary in rooms, facilities and laundry Skills : Attention to detail, staff management, people skil
