Role Purpose :

To deliver profitable growth and excellent service to community pharmacies across our SN Portfolio through our Wholesale Partners.

In addition, identify opportunities to grow Danone's Specialised Nutritional brands with Key Pharmacy accounts in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Key Activities :

Customer Profitability

Net Sales, investment and customer profitability responsibility for SN Consumer portfolio in Pharmacy Channel Republic of Ireland & N. Ireland.

Delivering the annual, quarterly and monthly channel targets, driving profitable growth for both Danone and our Customers.

Execution

Ensuring flawless execution of plans and agreed activations throughout the year.

Working closely with SNAM, Category & Commercial Planning and Supply to identify growth opportunities across HC Portfolio in both ROI and NI.

Assisting Demand Planners with channel and customer insights to ensure accurate Forecasting across Consumer & Healthcare Portfolios

Promotional, Investment and Price Management

Managing the promotional and pricing plans of the business, ensuring internal alignment and communicated to customers.

Review return on investment internally and externally, tweaking the plans where relevant to maximise return.

Customer & Internal Team Engagement

Support the building and execution of our channel-specific plans.

(Category, RGM, Shopper, Finance and Marketing)

Maintain existing strong relationships through monthly face to face meetings with Key Accounts, Wholesale Partners and SNU teams in the field to provide advice and support while proactively flagging issues.

Identifying and realising new business opportunities in line with channel strategy (Buying Teams, SNAM, Category, Marketing, Wholesale Partners)

Working closely with supply chain to foresee any challenges and ensure clear consistent communication is delivered internally and externally to maximise business continuity (Supply Planners, Category, SNU Teams, Wholesale Partners)

About you

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills :

Leadership

Ability to develop and deliver JBP's with Key Accounts

Ability to use questioning and listening to gain true customer needs

Good commercial acumen with clear examples of strong P&L management

Able to demonstrate experience of well-prepared negotiations including 'must gets' 'wish list' and 'concessions'

Functional

Ability to develop and deliver JBP's with Key Accounts

Salary Bracket : 55,000 - 64,000 Euros + company car or car allowance
