What you'll do :
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Provide daily support, performance guidance, and feedback
- Review sales data to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Share best practices and collaborate with leadership
- Produce weekly updates on progress and team performance
- Maintain strong communication and keep operations running smoothly
