Change Manager

Our client is currently delivering two interconnected strategic projects and they are seeking to engage an experienced Change Manager to assist in successful delivery. We are looking to speak to experienced Change Management professionals comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of these strategic projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and delivering Change Management projects encompassing both I.T system updates and wider ways of working, preferably in regulated / FMCG / Agribusiness sectors. Experience of using a Change Management framework would be very beneficial. The successful contractor will be responsible for the following Planning and Co-ordination Oversight / Implementation of the Change Management Plan Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy Identification and proactive management of issues that could impact successful delivery Readiness monitoring and reporting & tracking adoption post go live Essential Experience & Skills In terms of experience and profile the successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivery in the following : Proven experience delivering large-scale change management initiatives, including both IT system rollouts and business process transformation. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse groups with varying levels of influence and interest. Ability to assess organisational readiness and track adoption over time. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. A proven track record of Change Management delivery in regulated / FMCG / Agribusiness sectors would be a distinct advantage.
