With continued growth year after year of 20% across audit, advisory and tax, they are now seeking to appoint a Transfer Pricing Partner to lead and expand their specialist team.

The Role As Transfer Pricing Partner, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of the firms transfer pricing offering.

You will lead client engagements, build and maintain strong senior-level relationships, and contribute to the firms leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior transfer pricing professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the market proposition of a top-tier practice in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Transfer Pricing service line within the firm.

Advise multinational clients on complex transfer pricing planning, documentation, and dispute resolution.

Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring technical excellence and commercial insight.

Collaborate with colleagues across tax, advisory, and audit to deliver integrated solutions.

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of transfer pricing specialists.

Contribute to firm-wide leadership, strategy, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile Extensive experience in transfer pricing gained within a professional services environment (Big 4 / Top 10 or equivalent).

Proven track record at Partner or Director level, with the ambition to lead a practice area.

Deep technical knowledge of OECD guidelines, EU and Irish transfer pricing rules, and global developments.

Strong commercial acumen with an ability to drive business development.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.
