Quantity Surveyor

Ashton Recruitment require a Quantity Surveyor for our client based in either their Belfast or Cookstown site.

Duties (not limited to) : Analyse construction drawings and specifications to identify labour, material, and specialist requirements Preparation of enquiry documents, sourcing and obtaining material and subcontractor quotations including final negotiations and orders Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors on a regular basis to ensure budgets are not exceeded Complete monthly sub-contractor valuations through to final
