Role : Quantity Surveyor Salary : Negotiable Location : Dungannon A leading contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, supporting the delivery of residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.

The role involves managing subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations, while working closely with site teams to ensure quality and value for money.

The Role : Negotiate and appoint subcontractors, managing from award to final
