Job Title : Recruitment Resourcer Location : Sandyford, Dublin Working Model : Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office each week depending on business needs Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Insurance Division.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will focus on sourcing top talent across Claims, Underwriting, Compliance, Risk and Broking.

It offers a clear career path towards Recruitment Consultant, with particular emphasis on the broker market.

While the role is based in our Sandyford office, there may be occasional ad-hoc days in our Dublin 2 office.

Your Role Source CVs through multiple channels including our Bullhorn CRM, Linked In, job boards and referrals Draft and post job specifications across relevant platforms Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients Arrange and confirm interviews, providing candidates with preparation support Screen candidates by phone and in person, assessing suitability and cultural fit Take references and maintain accurate records on our CRM Support the wider Insurance Division with market mapping and research projects Your Skills Excellent phone manner and strong written communication Proactive researcher with an ability to think creatively Genuine interest in the insurance industry and developing a recruitment career Self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential Benefits ERF (Employment & Recruitment Federation) accredited training Linked In Recruiter licence provided Dedicated online training platform run by Barclay Jones Commission earned from day one Opportunity to walk into a live portfolio of roles and learn directly on the job Clear career path to Recruitment Consultant with full support from experienced recruiters Exposure to a wide variety of insurance clients and the chance to build a strong personal network early in your career This is an excellent opportunity to develop in a specialist market while gaining hands-on experience with a leading recruitment consultancy.
