Full-Time Supervisor (Out of Ratio) Position Available Location : Oakmount Crche, University College Dublin This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years Professional who possesses the following attributes and is looking to grow and develop professionally.

Qualification Requirements QQI Level 8 Degree in Early Years Education (desirable) QQI Level 6 (minimum requirement) Minimum of 3 years' experience in Early Years Education Competitive salary offered Ideal Candidate Attributes Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Diligent, with the ability and proven experience to mentor and guide a teams professional practice on the floor Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in computer use and fluent in English Ability to work collaboratively with existing management to ensure up-to-date policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance Excellent organisational skills, with strong practical judgement and "common sense" Comfortable working with a diverse team of like-minded professionals In-depth knowledge and understanding of developmental stages for children aged 4 months to 8 years Strong knowledge and practical experience with Aistear & Siolta (Early Years Curriculum), including team support in implementation Flexible, reliable, and deeply passionate about Early Years Education Position Details Full-time role : 5 days per week 40 hours per week Please apply only if you have a strong desire to progress and grow professionally.
