Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our clients sales team just outside Cork City. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with proven ability to manage leads and drive revenue growth. While industry experience is an advantage, its not essential were ready to provide training to the right person. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, thrives under pressure, and can manage a busy workload while multitasking effectively. Youll be joining a supportive team of professionals who value collaboration and career development as much as delivering outstanding results. An interest in interior design would be a plus, as creativity and a design-led approach are at the heart of the business. Package : Base salary : €4050k OTE : €7090k (including commission) Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project delivery. Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards. Work closely with showroom and warehouse teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Provide tailored product advice and exceptional service to both retail and trade customers. Engage with customers in a professional, approachable manner, ensuring their needs are fully met. Communicate regularly with clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes. What Were Looking For Proven experience in sales or showroom sales. A genuine passion for customer service and building relationships. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Solid administrative abilities.
