Business Performance Analyst Permanent Contract, 39 hours per week Location : Park West Business Park, Dublin About the Role : You will support Rehab in its transition from being overly dependent on Excel processes, paper-based systems and the manual entry of data. You will help review these and other inefficient processes and make them more user friendly (i.e., by improving the look and feel of these processes) and less inefficient (by using Microsoft products like Lists, the Dataverse, Power Automate and PowerApps). The role involves developing new analytical reports using PowerBI and Salesforce, to ensure that the organisation has the most relevant information easily available, as part of its move towards being a more data driven decision-making organisation. You will be expected to be innovative with the design and roll out of these reports so that they drive positive change across the organisation. You will support the development and refinement of a new dashboard for the organisation of monthly key performance indicators from each Directorates, to help identify adverse trends when they arise and support a culture of high performance and accountability. What We're Looking For :
- A third level qualification or equivalent (NFQ7) in a numerical or business-related discipline.
- Formal qualification in Business or Data Analysis or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years Previous experience in Business or Data Analysis.
- Experience in using Power BI and the Power Platform is desirable.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
- Knowledge and experience of developing and reporting key performance indicators for a company.

Your Responsibilities :
- Engage with the business to help design new data systems to meet the changing needs of people in the directorate, in order to improve processes, data availability and reporting.
- Develop, generate, and make available to the organisation new reports using Power BI to ensure we take a proactive approach towards informed decision making.
- Co-ordinate the annual planning cycle across the Group in partnership with key internal stakeholders to ensure robust planning, congruence of priorities and to support delivery.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, periodic deep dive analysis and market trends reviews; identifying insights, opportunities and emerging trends that will drive evidence-based decision making.
- Support the compilation of the organisation's balance scorecard metrics and prepare insightful monthly performance reports, identifying where business performance does not meet planned expectations.
- Analyse trends for the monthly board report for Rehab Group to support decision making across multiple business lines and divisions.
- Help on the delivery of the annual report for Rehab Group, showcasing what it does best, pulling information from across the organisation, compiling it, and verifying its accuracy and consistency. What We Offer :
