Part Qualified Accountant (Tax)

Our client is one of Irelands leading accountancy and advisory firms, based in Dublin. Due to continued growth and internal progression, they are currently looking to meet with experienced tax accountantsto join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part Qualified Tax Accountant who is eager to progress their career while gaining valuable experience working with a wide range of multinational clients. The successful candidate will also benefit from working closely with highly experienced Tax Partners and Directors, gaining mentorship and exposure to high-level advisory work. The Role Includes : Managing a portfolio of corporate tax, income tax, and VAT compliance clients Supporting consultancy assignments and assisting in the preparation of comprehensive tax reports Training, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior staff and newly qualified accountants Key Requirements : Part Qualified ACA / ACCA (ideally near completion) Minimum of 2 years' Irish experience in a similar tax role Proven track record of coaching or mentoring junior staff Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to delegate, manage, and review team outputs effectively Salary & Benefits : €38,000 €48,000 (commensurate with experience) Annual salary reviews Performance bonus of up to 10% Exam bonuses and full study support Hybrid working model and strong focus on work-life balance Career development opportunities and education support Regular company events and a collaborative team culture If you are a Part Qualified Accountant considering your next move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Eoin OLeary for a confidential discussion.
