Senior Accountant (Tax )

Our client, a growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm based in South Dublin, is seeking to hire an experienced Tax Senior to join their expanding Tax Compliance and Advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries, delivering both compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities : Manage the delivery of corporate and personal tax compliance engagements Support the implementation of effective tax planning strategies Assist with resource planning and project management Attend client meetings and maintain strong client relationships Supervise and review the work of junior staff Provide training and mentorship to team members Advise and support clients during Revenue audits and negotiations Candidate Requirements : ACCA / ACA / CPA qualified (CTA qualification or in progress is an advantage) Minimum 3 years experience in a tax-focused role within practice Strong technical knowledge across all main Irish tax heads Proven ability to identify tax planning opportunities and add value Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a client-facing environment Salary & Benefits : Competitive salary : €60,000 €70,000 (depending on experience) Performance bonus of up to 15% Hybrid working model Pension contribution and private healthcare Coverage of professional membership subscriptions Ongoing CPD and career development support Regular team social events and a positive working culture To explore this opportunity in more detail, please feel free to reach out for a confidential discussion.
