Verde Search is working with an international professional services firm, based in Central Dublin, who are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join their high-performing Audit focused team. This firm has an ambitious and empowering culture, where encouragement is made to share challenges if they become too complex to solve on your own. You will also develop your managerial skills by helping your junior team members as well as learn from directors and partners. This is an exceptional role that provides significant exposure to clients so you can develop long-term business relationships. The opportunity will be based in Dublin with flexibility to work from home To proceed with this opportunity, you will need to be : ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent (ideally with first time passes) Strong academic track record Proven experience with at least one year working on Irish audits - FRS 102 Excellent analytical skills Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and provide excellent service Salary & Benefits Base Salary €55,000 - €62,000 (based on experience) Strong Bonus & Benefits Healthy work / life balance Professional training & development Promotions based on experience not time based.
