What you'll own

Player–coach

: lead a small full-cycle new business team and (over time) take day-to-day on Account Management to drive renewals / expansion.

New logo revenue

: personal quota + team target across mid-market.

Clean execution

: proper discovery, multi-threading, crisp business cases, tidy hand-offs.

Cross-functional

: daily with Marketing, Product etc.

Channel (bonus)

: help stand up a partner / alliances motion.

What you've done

B2B SaaS into HR

for 2+ years (HR tech, benefits, payroll, ATS).

Full-cycle wins in mid-market with deal sizes in the €40-100k range.

Disciplined operator : pipeline hygiene, forecasts that land, repeatable plays.
