Meath. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled culinary professional to lead a dedicated kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a hotel setting. As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the management and leadership of the kitchen operations. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and consistency, while driving innovation and maintaining cost efficiency. Duties : Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation. Design, plan, and implement innovative menus aligned with the hotel's standards. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations. Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and supplier relationships effectively. Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth. Collaborate with senior management to enhance guest satisfaction and dining experience. Requirements : Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Exceptional culinary creativity with a passion for modern, seasonal, and locally sourced cuisine. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
