Our client, a leading insurance services provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their claims team in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities Handle daily claims post, notifications, processing, and phone enquiries.

Ensure compliance with claims authority levels, binders, and reporting requirements.

Log all notifications, reserve amendments, and payments in line with month-end deadlines.

Assist in preparing monthly insurer reports and maintaining accurate payment records.

Liaise with customers, brokers, and third parties to deliver excellent service.

Appoint and coordinate approved repairers, loss adjusters, engineers, and other experts.

Settle claims promptly and efficiently, with or without legal input.

Support insurer audits and attend settlement negotiations as required.

Contribute to internal reporting processes and support management when needed.

What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years' FNOL claims handling experience.

APA qualified (or grandfathered) - CIP qualification in progress is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, insurance regulations, and motor legislation.

Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work independently.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
