Claims Handler Orange Recruitment is seeking an claims handler to work closely with insurers and senior team members. You will be responsible for the efficient management of claims, working within your own authority levels ensuring settlements are achieved in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Management of claims from initial notification through to settlement. Provide clear and timely updates to clients on the progress of their claims. Support in gathering information to investigate incidents / accidents and liaise with external providers as needed. Help prepare claims data and reports for internal use and client updates. Follow agreed claims handling processes and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Work closely with Account Executives / Brokers to support client relationships. Contribute to team projects and assist with process improvements. Experience Required APA in Insurance, Working towards CIP advantageous Previous Motor Claims experience highly advantageous 1-2 year's experience in insurance or financial services within Ireland essential Solid understanding of Irish claims environment and insurance processes. Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail. Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
