Accounts Administrator | Dublin 12 | Hybrid

At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking an energetic and motivated Accounts Administrator to step into a pivotal role within a successful and growing business located in Dublin 12.

As the Accounts Administrator, you'll be the go-to for all things accounts payable as part of a friendly and supportive team

Key responsibilities will include :

Process and manage vendor invoices, payments and credit notes.

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment and resolution of queries.

Maintain accurate financial records and perform invoice reconciliations.

Assist with monthly accruals and end-of-month processes.

Process general expenses, subcontractor payments and fuel records.

Manage supplier credit applications and monthly credit card transactions.

Provide exception customer service and administrative support to the Finance Department.

Applicants will meet the following requirements :

Previous experience in a busy accounts payable function.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.

Proficient level in Microsoft Office Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This permanent position will pay a salary in the region of €35,000 - €37,000 with a hybrid option of 2 days per week working from home.
