THE ROLE :
We are looking for a strong
HR Operations
Manager who can lead the
EMEA
region
al HR Operations Team
The individual's key role is
to
lead a team of country and compliance experts who can guide the business on how to
do business in EMEA
and represent the region on corporate initiatives and projects
This role will be reporting to
EMEA Employee Relations Leader
THE PERSON : We're
looking for someone who has
a strong sense
of ownership, good stakeholder management, and is comfortable driving multi-functional teams to align and implement to a defined schedule.
Attention to detail is
a must
, and it should not hinder the candidate's ability to see the big picture.
You must be a strong and effective communicator, both verbal and written, which
are
essential when working with a globally distributed team.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will be leading HR Operations for the
EMEA
region
rusted advisor for
HR and Business leaders
To ensure compliance,
nterpret and apply company policy and procedures, as well as local regulations
Build a knowledge base for the region to support how to set up, hi
re, and manage employee lifecycle in each EMEA country
Build and manage
an HR
compliance calendar for the region
Represent the region and support M&A and legal entity projects
Support global projects by sharing regional requirements for system or process
improvement
projects and d
rive local adoption
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
We are looking for an experienced
HR Operations Manager
covering key markets like
Ireland, UK, Germany
Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Experience with remote and matrix management
Experience working with
Labour
Laws and compliance related activities
Expertise
in
EMEA
labour
laws and compliance requirements
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including HR and Business Leaders
Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills focused on coaching and collaboration
Cross-cultural competence : ability to work on a global team
Excellent communication and articulation skills
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS :
Bachelor's degree within Business / HR or related field
required
Post Graduate degree / MBA preferred
