Whatyoullbedoing : LeadonHRtechnologyinitiatives,includingamajorHRISupgrade,whileexploringnewwaystoenhanceefficiencyandeffectiveness. Actasatrustedpointofcontactforemployeesandmanagers,supportingthefullemployeelifecycle. Driveprocessimprovements,identifyingsmarterwaysofworkingandembeddingsolutionsintothebusiness. PlayakeyroleinglobalHRprojectsandchangeprogrammes,ensuringsuccessfulplanning,deliveryandstakeholderengagement. Supportpayrollprocesses,globalmobilityandvisaapplications. ProvideaccurateHRdata,insightsandreportingtosupportdecision-making. Whatwerelookingfor : 3+yearsHRexperienceinageneralistoroperations-focusedrole. StrongHRsystemsknowledge(experiencewithHRISanadvantage). Exceptionalorganisationalskills,withakeeneyefordetail. Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsacrossalllevels. Aproactive,adaptablemindsetwithapassionfordrivingpositivechange. Thisroleofferstheopportunitytogaininternationalexposure,takeownershipofimpactfulprojectsandgrowyourcareerinasupportive,inclusiveenvironment.
