What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our bonded warehouse and transport services by :

Coordinating outbound shipments with customers, transport providers, and customs.

Handling customer queries and providing timely, professional support.

Maintaining accurate shipment records, reports, and database entries.

Supporting operational teams with customer-focused solutions.

Participating in internal meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
