What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Customer Service team by :
Leading and supporting the team to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
Overseeing the coordination of outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handling escalated customer queries and providing timely, effective solutions.
Monitoring performance metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
Maintaining accurate records, reports, and system data.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to support their growth.
Driving service improvements and contributing to operational efficiency initiatives.
