Our client is seeking a Housing Officer to take responsibility for the sourcing, allocation, and maintenance of accommodation and commercial properties, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with company policies. What's on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Supportive working environment Opportunities for professional development and progression Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to Work Scheme Key Responsibilities Source suitable housing and commercial properties to meet organisational needs Review, approve, and monitor lease agreements Allocate accommodation in line with company policies and procedures Manage property maintenance, liaising with external providers when required Oversee utilities (connections, disconnections, billing, usage monitoring, and reporting) Maintain accurate databases and records Carry out property inspections and address issues as they arise Prepare professional communications, reports, and correspondence Support with additional administration or ad hoc projects as required About You Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (e.g. property management, estate agency) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent organisational and time-management skills Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Full driving licence essential Skills : housing property estate agent
